Since 2018, Dieppe Pharmacy has been looking after hundreds of complex patients in the community as well as in institutional settings such as care homes and independent living facilities.

We provide automated refill management, compliance packaging in a variety of formats, and free delivery city wide. In addition to regular clinical assessments, our seniors and their caregivers receive a yearly medication review with one of our pharmacists to ensure all doses and medications are appropriate and up to date with current guidelines as patients age.

To support caregivers such as home-care nurses or family members, we can provide MARs (medication administration records) as well as on-call pharmacist support to handle minor-ailments and concerns in a timely fashion.

We are also able to provide on-site administration of injections such as long-acting antipsychotics, vitamin B12, and seasonal vaccines for influenza and covid.
